I had some extra poms and decided to dry them in the oven. The result is incredible! It’s like sweet crunchy blueberries with cherries
The variety is soft seeded and after drying the kernels the seeds got even more soft. I think it may become my favorite snack until the next season!

In a sterilized jar 'in the fridge', is the best way 'if you don't need to store a really long time'.
If you had made a much larger amount, then the freezer 'in doubled up freezer bags', would most likely be the best option for most of it.
