100+ year old pomegranate trees

I visited a property recently with pomegranate trees planted around the yard. They looked very old and healthy. The planting was quite dense , I was surprised to see this. I really enjoyed checking them out but the variety was not known.

There is a black beer bottle next to one tree and people in the background to give you a scale for their sizes.
