I am trying to find out how to protect pom fruits for longer storage.
Search for "carnauba wax emulsions fruit coating how to make" seems to give me not what I want...
Any suggestions?
I have too many poms this year and a plain storage in a fridge dries them up pretty quickly.

The only way to store pomegranate fruit for more than 2 months is to freeze the arils, they can be frozen for up to a year, yet they are best if eaten within 6 months, if frozen then the arils become good only for juicing, at least that is the impression I am getting online

Also look for 'How Do You Defrost Pomegranate Seeds?' here

Thanks for the suggestions. I was hoping not to freeze since my Poms are great to eat fresh. I haven’t seen many issues related to coating so will try to use something I could find.

Maybe you can try different methods at the same time.
I was reading that the arils are good eaten frozen right out of the freezer if eaten within 6 months, I myself have not had enough fruit to bother trying to freeze yet.

It will take me 3 days to remove those arils before freezing them
What you see is only a half !
