A friend had those varieties.
Anyone knows much about them?

Rosamia

Rosamia seems to be a DPUN variety but I haven’t tasted it.

I have found information on 'Rosamia'.

'Rosamia' - It's fruits are similar to 'Eversweet' in size and in taste, medium sized arils are juicy, and sweet, with a fuller flavor than ‘Eversweet’. It's arils range from pink to pinkish red. It's juice ranges from pink to reddish pink. It's seeds are as soft as the seeds of the ‘Eversweet’ variety. It's fruits are larger in size in comparison to the ‘Eversweet’ variety, and the skin is scarlet in color, not pink. 'Rosamia' produces a single crop each season, unlike ‘Eversweet’ which crops more than once a year.

It's a hybrid variety created by the late 'Sassin John Chater' in the 1980s, the parentage is unknown, the variety was named after Sassin’s wife, Rosamia E. Chater. Sassin was a backyard botanist who spent many years developing at least 12 improved pomegranate varieties in his Camarillo, CA backyard. He's the person who developed varieties like 'Green Globe', like 'Golden Globe', like 'Purple Heart', like 'Phoenicia'.

Tree size is of a medium size, is larger, more vigorous and more productive than 'Eversweet', this variety has a tendency to sucker.

Thank you! Rosamia sounds interesting. I cannot find anything about the others , maybe it’s like with figs and someone named them on their own or the name was written by memory incorrectly
